With one single compact machine, the CS140 “Twin Action”, we provide the performances of two machines combining two actions in one solution, with the best quality.
Currently streets, car parking areas and big size areas are cleaned by sweepers with a mechanical or suction system. These two systems provide two different kind of sweeping. The first one is ideal for collection of heavy debris, while the second one is ideal for lighter ones, therefore the cleaning result depends both on the adopted system and on the kind of dirt. For a high quality cleaning we should use both these two systems, therefore we should use two different machines and this means double times, costs and consumptions.
The exclusive “Twin Action System” designed and patented by Comac combines the strength of mechanical action – for solid waste – with the efficiency of suction action – for fine dusts – providing excellent results with a high reduction of water consumption.

Great attention is paid to environment and safety:
– Water consumption reduction. Usually water is used to wet dust on the ground and allow it to be collected by side brushes and lifted by suction fan, while CS140 side brushes are used only to convey solid waste along walls, because the sweeping action is made by the central brush.
– Suppression of dusts reintroduced in the ambient air thanks to an oversized filter (50 m2 surface).
– Noise level reduction thanks to the sound-absorbent material used for the machine body and low noise level Perkins engine and discharge of sucked air through a big opening.
– Fuel consumption and exhaust emissions reduction thanks to the technology adopted both for hydraulic system and Diesel engine.
– Engine is located at the bottom in the rear part of the machine and there are hydraulic suspensions for a better comfort of the operator, who can stand long working time without stress.
